Tenex Legal advises Kirkland & Ellis on the hiring of Private Equity Partner, Dr. Florian Sipple. Dr. Sippel will join the US law firm in Frankfurt as another partner. Most recently, Sippel was an Associated Partner at Noerr in Frankfurt. Florian spent the first 7 years of his qualified legal career at Freshfields.


Tenex team was led by Max Swycher and Mahmoud Awad.
