Tenex Legal Advises Willkie Farr & Gallagher on adding Private Equity Partner Nils Roever from Latham Watkins in Munich. The Tenex team was led by Mahmoud Awad and Max Swycher.   Previously, we advised Willkie on adding Kamyar Abrar, Wolfram Prusko, Maximilian Mayer, Florian Dendl and Patrick Wacker who will also be part of the newly established Munich office.
